Telugu star Nagarjuna recently shone on the big screens with his latest film Naa Saami Ranga. The movie was released a day ahead of the festival of Sankranti. Despite the competition it was set to face, the film was expected to mint a whopping amount at the box office. However, it seemingly failed at doing so and opened up to mixed reviews. As the movie did not have a dream theatrical run, a new report suggests that it will arrive on an OTT platform soon.
Apart from Nagarjuna, Naa Saami Raga saw a huge cast. Ashika Ranganath played the leading lady in the movie. Allari Naresh, Mirnaa Menon, Raj Tarun, Rukshar Dhillon, Nassar, and others played supporting roles in the movie. Vijay Binni directed the film, while Srinivasa Silver Screen and Annapurna Studios bankrolled it.
Naa Saami Ranga’s plot revolves around three brothers who are brought together by chance. As they navigate through life and find their love interests, drama occurs when the village elders are jealous of them.
Naa Saami Ranga to arrive on OTT in February?
The Nagarjuna starrer arrived in the theaters on January 14, 2024. The film faced tough competition from already-released Guntur Kaaram, HanuMan, and Saindhav. As a result, the movie did not manage to mint a whopping amount at the box office and even failed to impress the audience. Earlier, it was reported that the film will have its digital debut in March on Disney Plus Hotstar. However, a report by Track Tollywood has claimed that the makers are eyeing February 15 as the digital release date of Naa Saami Ranga. If the reports are to be believed, the movie will arrive on the streaming service in just a month.
The film has allegedly earned $4.5 million (approx.) at its worldwide box office.
