After a massive success in Leo, Lokesh Kanagaraj is ready for its sequel, i.e. Leo 2. Fans and viewers showered Leo with high praise, which is evident from its box-office performance. This film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and stars Vijay Thalapathy in the lead role as Leo Das. Besides Vijay, Trisha Krishnan and Sanjay Dutt also played pivotal roles in the movie.

Interestingly, Leo has received a U/A certificate from the censor board, after thirteen minor changes suggested by CBFC. This movie is available in several languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Vijay’s Leo has earned over $73.5 million in a worldwide collection. This film has now become the highest-grossing Tamil film of 2023. After its huge success, the filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj has officially confirmed Leo 2. While talking about Leo 2, he disclosed that he will start working on Leo 2 after the Thalaivar 171 and Kaithi 2.
Furthermore, Lokesh added that it’s always fun to work with Vijay Anna. Leo is the third installment of Lokesh’s Cinematic Universe, including Kamal Haasan’s Vikram and Karthi’s Kaithi.
The announcement of Leo 2 has ignited anticipation among Vijay’s fans. Meanwhile, Vijay is currently working on Thalapathy 68 under the direction of Venkat Prabhu.
