Salaar star Shruti Haasan has been making headlines since rumors about her secret marriage emerged. The rumors claimed that the actress had tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, Santanu Hazarika. However, the actress recently addressed and clarified the claims via her Instagram stories. She wrote that she hasn’t married yet.
It all started when Orhan Awatramani, aka Orry, called Santanu Hazarika Shruti Haasan’s husband. As per Hindustan Times, during an Ask Me Anything session on Reddit, a fan asked Orry if any celebrity has shown an unnecessary attitude to him. In his reply, he revealed the Salaar actress was rude to him and shared the incident. He wrote, “Shruti Hasan. Not for posing because I never asked her, but she was very very rude to me at an event that I had actually got her into and I don’t even know her.”
Orry continued, “Felt very bad, but there was probably some misunderstanding because I am good with her husband and I adore him. This will get sorted out in time. However, I heard from the rumor mill she called me a ‘Pune’ (peon) like a spot boy or smth.” This confused fans about Shruti Haasan’s relationship status because she never revealed she tied the knot.
