Aadikeshava is reportedly gearing up for its OTT release on December 22, 2023. Directed by debutant Srikanth N. Reddy, the film features Panja Vaishnav Tej in the lead role. Aside from him, the cast includes Sreeleela, Jogu George, Aparna Das, and Jayaprakash, among others.
The story revolves around a young man named Balu, also known as Balakotayya, who becomes implicated in a murder case. Unburdened by responsibilities, he roams freely but later decides to seek employment for the sake of his father.
During a job interview, Balu’s martial arts skills impress the company owner, leading to him being hired. As the story unfolds, Balu falls in love but tries to maintain a distance from the company owner. The story takes a twist when it is revealed that Balu is not the biological child of Rudra (company owner).
Despite the director’s initial confidence in the film, Aadikeshava faced criticism from the audience. This also resulted in its failure at the box office collection. Yet, with its box office struggles, Aadikeshava is described as a package of entertainment with energetic performances from Panja Vaishnav Tej.
Aadikeshava OTT release date announced
Aadikeshava, which was theatrically released on November 24, 2023, is now set to release on Netflix. The X (formerly Twitter) account of Netflix India South officially announced that Aadikeshava will be available for streaming starting December 22, 2023.
The news is particularly exciting for those who missed the film’s theatrical release since they can now experience Balu’s journey on the digital platform. Thus, it will be interesting to see how the film will perform on Netflix.
