Prithviraj Sukumaran shares Salaar update on X (formerly Twitter)

Salaar is set to hit the theatres across the country on December 22. As the movie is set for a pan-India release, Sukumaran dubbed his voice in all five languages. The actor recently took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to share an update on the film. He shared two behind-the-scenes pictures from the studio and mentioned that it was his first time dubbing in five languages.

I have even dubbed for some of my characters in multiple languages. But to be dubbing for the same character, in the same film in 5 different languages is a first for me. Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and of course Malayalam. And what a film to do it for! Deva and Varadha will meet you in theatres across the world on the 22nd of December 2023!”

Prabhas will play the role of Deva in Salaar, while Sukumaran will portray Varadha. Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, John Vijay, Bobby Simha, and more will play supporting roles.
