Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki Teaser Trailer Likely to Release With Salman Khan’s Tiger 3, Claim Reports

The two Khans of Bollywood have been making waves with back-to-back blockbusters. Suffice to say, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan‘s friendship and collaborations are as public as it can be.

In January, when Shah Rukh Khan returned to the big screen with Pathaan, Salman Khan unveiled the teaser of his film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan exclusively with the film. As per reports, Shah Rukh Khan will now release the teaser of Dunki with Salman Khan’s Tiger 3.

Dunki teaser trailer release date, cast & more

Dunki is slated to release in India on December 22, 2023, and internationally on December 21, 2023. The theme of the film revolves around an unlawful entry technique used for nations like the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States of America. Dunki depicts the lives of Indians who choose to enter such nations using “Donkey Flight” and struggle to return home.

Red Chillies Entertainment and Jio Studios produced the film. The screenplay for Dunki is co-written by the director alongside Abhijat Joshi and Kanika Dhillon. It has an ensemble cast of Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Dia Mirza, and Boman Irani. The cast will also include Dharmendra, Satish Shah, Parikshit Sahni, and a cameo appearance by Vicky Kaushal.

As per reports, the teaser for Dunki will be released on the internet before the release of Tiger 3. However, fans will be able to experience it on the big screen with the Salman Khan starrer. This is because Dunki is one of the most significant Indian feature films, and the given opportunity enables them to capture a broader audience. Moreover, Shah Rukh Khan requested this strategic move and reached out to his friends Aditya Chopra and Salman Khan to make it happen.

The attachment of Dunki to Tiger 3 will provide fans with a double bonanza. Shah Rukh Khan will not only release the teaser for his film but also appear as a cameo in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3.
