Exclusive Dig Two Graves Clip Takes You to the Edge

Moody horror mystery Dig Two Graves opens on March 24th from Area23a

Muted, atmospheric and chillingly-understated Gothic horror mystery Dig Two Graves will be released by distributor Area 23a in theaters and on demand on March 24, 2017. Written and directed by Hunter Adams (The Hungry Bull), Dig Two Graves stars actor Ted Levine (Buffalo Bill in The Silence of the Lambs), Samantha Isler (Captain Fantastic, TV’s Supernatural), Danny Goldring (The Dark Knight, The Fugitive), Troy Ruptash (Prison Break) and Rachael Drummond.

A supernatural thriller set in the 1970s about the generational violence that plagues a small, backwoods town, Dig Two Graves asks “how far would you go to save those you love?” After 13-year-old Jacqueline Mather (Isler) loses her brother in a mysterious drowning accident, she is soon visited by three moonshiners who offer to bring her brother back to life but at a grim cost. As the dark history of her grandfather, Sheriff Waterhouse (Levine) is unearthed the true intentions of the moonshiners come to light.

In this exclusive clip, we see a pivitol point in the early part of the story play out. Here, you’ll get a sense of the tone of the film and especially the “look” of the movie, which has that hazy sheen found in so many pictures made during that most cinematic of decades, the 1970s.
