Canada! Win Tix to Northern Frights Short Film Fest

Canadian horror film fest Northern Frights offers readers the chance to win a pair of festival passes

Sudbury’s Northern Frights Film Festival (NFF) is a much-buzzed horror fest nestled in Sudbury, Ontario, the last place one would expect to find horror. And yet, NFF thrives, offering a wild array of amazing short horror movies curated from the four corners of the planet.

The festival rocks out this Saturday, October 22nd at the Sudbury Theatre Centre and the organziers have been kind enough to offer our readers a pair of fest passes to enjoy the show on the house.

NFF is divided into 2 programs. The “Mad Matinee” features 18 films including such acclaimed works as the British chiller The Missing Hand and Denmark’s Devil. Then, there’s the “Evil Evening”, an even darker series that spotlights twisted works like Italy’s One Day in July, Britain’s Pig Dream and Canada’s Glimpse, directed by STYD’s own John Nicol.

Each pass entitles you to full access to both shows. To win, email [email protected] with words Horror in Canada! in the subject line. Winners will be chosen at random.

To learn more about the fest and for a full fest lineup go to the official NFF site.
