Prank-gone-wrong is a tradition in horror, but in Maggie Kiley’s Los Angeles Film Festival thriller, the filmmaker swaps teen hijinks for a betrayed wife and a night spinning out of control.

Premiering this Friday, June 12th as part of LAFF’s Nightfall section, Caught stars Pitch Perfect and True Blood’s Anna Camp, as well as Insidious: Chapter 3’s Stefanie Scott. The latter plays Allie, “a dimpled American teen – friendly, hardworking and involved in a secret relationship with a hot older man. Unfortunately, her clandestine beau is married. Even worse, he’s married to Sabrina (Camp), a beautiful but wild-eyed suburban housewife who will do literally anything to keep her marriage intact – including kidnapping Allie at knifepoint and keeping her tied to a chair in the attic of her gorgeously decorated home.”

Caught looks a darkly comedic psychothriller from Kiley. For more on the film, including tickets, head right here. You can see its new trailer, as well as images, below. [USA Today]
