Watch: Eurohorror Vibes in new Ghost Video, ‘Cirice’

Swedish metal band Ghost (aka Ghost B.C. in the U.S.) and director Roboshobo evoke colorful, 70s-era Eurohorror in the new, school set clip for “Cirice.”

Featuring a pint-sized Ghost wreaking havoc on an elementary school talent show, the faux-grain, purple gels, occult vibes and psychic rage are a great accompaniment to this latest track. “Cirice” is the first single from Ghost’s Meliora, the third full length from the band fronted by the anonymous Papa Emeritus and a group of Ghouls.

Director Roboshodo is also responsible for the recently buzzed Brandon Flowers clip “Lonely Town” (which pulls a lot from House of the Devil) and Mastodon’s totally mad “Curl of the Burl.”
