Just on the heels of Richard Armitages casting as Francis Dolarhyde, aka The Tooth Fairy, aka Red Dragon, aka Big Teeth Francis, the anticipation of a Red Dragon-centric season of Hannibal has been ramped up by the reveal its premiere is later than expected. Having typically aired midseason on NBCright around nowHannibal Season Three will instead return in the warmer months, according to network chairman Bob Greenblatt.
Its a show we love, its critically acclaimed, we love it, Greenblatt tells EW of the Bryan Fuller-headed series. And we also love summer. We have exciting plans for summer.
