David Hewlett is no stranger to the sci-fi and horror scene. Vincenzo Natali has used the actor in films like Cube, Splice and the forthcoming Haunter. You may have also seen him in Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Well, now he’s about to direct his second film.
ShockTillYouDrop.com has learned Hewlett will helm Debug.
The film concerns six young computer hackers who are sent to work on a derelict space freighter and are forced to match wits with a vengeful artificial intelligence that would kill to be human.
Hewlett also directed Rage of the Yeti. No word yet on cast for Debug, but we’ll keep you posted!
