Session 9 helmer Brad Anderson is attached to direct Eliza Graves for Nu Image/Millennium Films. Written by Joseph Gangemi, the film is based on the Edgar Allan Poe tale “The System of Doctor Tarr and Professor Fether.”
Gangemi previously penned an episode of Fear Itself as well as the 2007 film Wind Chill starring Emily Blunt.
Anderson is currently at work on The Hive, a thriller starring Halle Berry, Abigail Breslin and Michael Eklund.
Eliza Graves is described as a psychological thriller about a young doctor who comes to apprentice at a mental institution and meets a beautiful patient that he falls in love with amidst a set of circumstances, which may be more complicated than they seem.
Anderson is also known for the Christian Bale-starring The Machinist.
