Hearst, a former model, is daughter of Patty Hearst. Kaare Andrews is directing the third chapter in the series which kicked off with Eli Roth’s Cabin Fever and was followed by Ti West’s Cabin Fever 2. Andrews made his feature debut with Altitude.
He begins shooting Patient Zero next month.
