Faces in the Crowd Gets Unofficial Remake, Heigl Goes Face Blind

Face Blind follows this psychologist as she struggles to hold a marriage together with a frustrated husband.  Meanwhile, a killer begins to terrorize her.

Sound familiar?  Yeah, well, that’s because this similar scenario was presented in a Milla Jovovich film released on DVD last year.

That film was called Faces in the Crowd.  Jovovich played a woman who, after an accident, is afflicted with the same disorder and must fend off a killer out to get her.

Of course, Face Blind is not a remake of Faces in the Crowd, but it very well could be.  We’ll see how the former’s writers – Dominic Harari and Teresa De Pelegri – distinguish this story from what was recently done.

Maven Pictures is producing.
