The Frankenstein resurgence is on! The U.S. is seeing several theatrical/television projects in the works, now the rekindled fascination with Mary Shelley’s story is reaching overseas. A Greek production has found a director to tackle an updated version of the classic tale.
Entitled Frankenstein: A Death Odyssey, the film will follow “a young reporter [who] investigates the legend of Frankenstein while a performance of the story is put on in her home city.”
Costas Zappas will direct the English-language flick for Minus Pictures.
