Show comes to an end in December
Deadline reports American Horror Story will conclude with a 90-minute finale.
The last episode airs December 21. Due to an intense turnaround from script to screen, co-creator Ryan Murphy decided to axe the intended two-hour finale and whittle it down to 90 minutes instead.
Deadline says the producers are sure fans of the series will be satisfied, regardless of the run time.
American Horror Story has already been picked up for a second season and the buzz is that its sophomore run may deliver more than just 13 episodes.
