Horror film hails from Costa Rica
Raven Banner informed Shock today that it has acquired Miguel Gomez’s El Sanatorio.
The Costa Rican cinema verite-style horror film is described as an eclectic mix of scares, effects and tongue-in-cheek humor. The film recently had its Canadian Premiere at the Fantasia International Film Festival and won the Audience Award at Morbido Film Festival in Mexico.
