He’ll be playing Uncle Charlie
Matthew Goode is in talks to star in Stoker.
Goode, you may recall, also starred in Zack Snyder’s Watchmen. According to Variety, he’ll being playing the role of Uncle Charlie in Stoker, a part Colin Firth flirted with a few months back.
The thriller marks the American debut of director Park Chan-Wook (Oldboy). Fox Searchlight will produce.
Goode joins Nicole Kidman and Mia Wasikowska in the film which was written by Wentworth Miller. Previous reports said that Stoker is the story of an eccentric teen whose enigmatic and estranged uncle who returns to the family after the death of the girl’s father.”
