Rumors swirl for new leading lady
With David O. Russell and Natalie Portman out of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, the adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith and Jane Austin’s novel, the search is on for a director and leading lady.
Deadline is throwing a number of names into the mix. They’re hearing Neil Marshall (The Descent) is talking to Lionsgate about the gig and so is Prince of Persia director Mike Newell.
Actress-wise, Scarlett Johansson’s name is being bandied about, but take that as rumor for now.
