First big acquisition at Sundance
News fresh out of Sundance…
Variety reports Lionsgate has struck up a deal for the rights to Buried. The film is Rodrigo Cortés’ thriller which stars Ryan Reynolds as a private contractor in Iraq who is buried alive.
Chris Sparling’s script details the Reynold’s limited time in a box before his air runs out.
