That wacky premise in which Forest Whitaker and 50 Cent play Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, respectively, lives on!
Warner Bros. has picked up the U.S. distribution rights to Jekyll and Hyde from renegade director Abel Ferrara (The Addiction, Body Snatchers).
Whitaker will play Dr. Jekyll a rich doctor living in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Mr. Hyde, meanwhile, will be essayed by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson” is a sadistic murderer with a reputation that strikes fear in to the hearts of people throughout New York.
Jackson is producing through his Cheetah Vision Films with Glasshouse Pictures.
