Director Adam Gierasch (The Toolbox Murders, Mothers of Tears) is putting the finishing touches on Autopsy, his feature debut starring Jessica Lowndes, Michael Bowen, Robert Patrick, Robert LaSardo and Jenette Goldstein. Co-penned by Jace Anderson and E.L. Katz the story concerns a group of 20-somethings trapped in a hospital with a warped medical staff. Shock got a hold of a hi-res poster used for the Cannes Film Festival.
