As Hellboy II: The Golden Army, in which he reprises his role as Abe Sapien, creature character actor Doug Jones will be back in front of the camera on the set of Legion.
Cameras roll on the Scott Stewart-directed horror film with a heavy ensemble cast soon. And Film School Rejects reports, Jones is jumping into the fray that pits humans versus angels. The question is: Is he playing an angel?
Given his rich history of work beneath makeup, it would be safe to speculate such a thing. Aside from the Hellboy films, Jones recently appeared in Pan’s Labyrinth and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.
