Six peeks at the upcoming monster mash
A total of six TV spots for the J.J. Abrams-produced Cloverfield are now nesting in our film database – tread cautiously and get a peek at them here. There’s plenty of recycled footage to sift through in these previews. Still, there are a few decent new shots in spots #5 and 6. Michael Stahl-David, Mike Vogel, Odette Yustman and Lizzy Caplan star as four New Yorkers who, on the night of a big party, are caught in the middle of a giant monster attack on the city. Director Matt Reeves puts an interesting spin on the creature feature sub-genre by telling his tale through the lens of a home video camera.
