IFG Enters Nicholson’s Manor

2004 horror novel optioned



New kid on the block, Inevitable Film Group, has optioned the rights for Scott Nicholson‘s novel “The Manor.”

Published in 2004, the backdrop of the story is a mansion turned artists retreat in the Appalachian Mountains of South Carolina. There, a handful of people become obsessed with the late owner of the manse and ultimately call him back from beyond the grave.

IFG was spearheaded by Ron Farber and Stephen Wozniak, an actor turned producer who recently appeared in David DeFalco’s Chaos. To date, the company does not have any completed projects under their belt, only a handful in varying stages of development.
