The line between fiction and reality blurs in a new indie slasher entitled Midnight Movie and we’ve got a handful of stills and a trailer from Bigfoot Entertainment which you can view here.
Cinematographer/camera operator Jack Messit makes his directorial debut working from a script he co-penned with Mark Garbett. Rebekah Brandes stars as a young manager who becomes trapped – with a smattering of colorful audience members – in a grindhouse theater with a skull-faced killer who can leap between our world and the film unraveling on the big screen.
Pic recently screened before a test audience in Burbank, just to give you an idea of how far out this is from release.
