Dimension shows some confidence
Dimension Films has alerted Shock to a release date change for Mikael Hafstrom’s 1408. Once slated to open July 13th, the Stephen King adaptation starring John Cusack and Sam Jackson will now go theatrical on June 22nd, perhaps as a result of some recent positive test screenings. AICN and Fangoria have each put up fairly good reports. 1408 now contends with After Dark Films’ Captivity for genre box office attention.
