Has Sunny Nights Season 2 Been Canceled or Renewed?

Sunny Nights fans are wondering if the show has been canceled or renewed for Season 2. With its recent release on Hulu, many are eager to know if the Australian comedy drama will return with another installment.

Has Sunny Nights been canceled or renewed for Season 2?

As of writing, Sunny Nights has not been renewed for a second season. However, the show has not been canceled either.

Sunny Nights is an Australian comedy-drama series that first premiered on Stan on December 26, 2025. Following its release, there have been no official words on a potential future installment. So, whether or not the show will return for Season 2 remains uncertain.

Created by Nick Keetch and Ty Freer, Sunny Nights centers on two American siblings, Martin and Vicki Marvin, who move to Sydney in hopes of opening up a spray tan business. They begin their start-up in the back of their van and dream of turning it into a big-shot business. However, things go south when the siblings find themselves caught up with the wrong people, struggling to keep themselves alive and out of jail.

The show stars Will Forte and D’Arcy Carden as the leading siblings, Martin Marvin and Vicki Marvin, respectively. Other notable cast members of the show include Rachel House, Jessica De Gouw, Miritana Hughes, Megan Wilding, and George Mason.

Shortly after its release on Stan, Deadline announced that Sunny Nights will be making its way to Hulu. Sharing her excitement for the re-release, Carden said, “I love this show, and I can’t wait for everyone to see it.”

She added, “Will Forte, Trent O’Donnell, and I became blood brothers for life while filming in Australia. We had the best, warmest, most talented cast and crew, whom we also became blood brothers with. The writers blew us away with every script. We demanded they become our blood brothers, and they complied.”

Sunny Nights arrived on Hulu on Wednesday, March 11.
