Has Palm Royale Season 3 Been Canceled or Renewed?

Viewers are curious to know whether Apple TV+ has renewed or canceled Palm Royale Season 3. Created by Abe Sylvia, the period comedy-drama series takes place in 1969 and follows Maxine Dellacorte-Simmons. As an outsider, she aims to join the elite social circle by gaining entry to the Palm Royale country club. With Season 2 having concluded recently, many wonder if more installments are in store.

Has Apple TV canceled Palm Royale or renewed it for Season 3?

Apple TV+ has neither canceled nor renewed Palm Royale Season 3.

Typically, a series renewal depends on multiple factors, with viewership and audience reception being the most important. In Palm Royale’s case, it has built a strong viewership, given that it was on the  Apple TV’s Top Ten list for several weeks and has also gained generally positive reviews. So, there are slight chances that it might get renewed for another outing.

In a conversation with Collider, Ricky Martin (Robert) and Kristen Wiig (Maxine) revealed that the showrunner and writers do have plans for another installment, though they aren’t aware of the details. Martin said, “I have the need to say I hope we have Season 3 so we can just really show off.” He laughed and added, “Did I just say that?”

Alternatively, Carol Burnett, who plays  Norma Dellacorte, shared a disappointing update, revealing that she “doesn’t know” whether the show will continue after the current season. She told the New York Post, “It seems like a lot of the stories were wrapped up in this final season. They’d have to, I think, create new characters, because a lot of the people who are in it are doing other things now.” Despite the varying remarks of the cast members, it remains to be seen what Apple TV+ and the showrunner decide about the show’s future.
