Krapopolis has been renewed for Season 4 by Fox.
Creator Dan Harmon disclosed to fans at Comic-Con International in San Diego on Thursday that the show has been granted a renewal for its fourth season. Developed by Harmon, who is also a co-creator of Rick and Morty, Krapopolis has cultivated a loyal audience thanks to its unique humor, mythological disorder, and the dysfunctional divine family that lies at the core of the narrative.
During the press conference, Fox TV network president Michael Thorn expressed his views on the show (via Variety). He said, “For all our Krap-devotees, there was no better place to decree another season of Krapopolis than the annual San Diego Comic-Con fan fest. And no one better to deliver the proclamation than our brilliant creator and executive producer, Dan Harmon.”
He further said, “Dan and his team have created something special with this series. And now that Season Four is etched in stone, we’ll be keeping those once-in-a-millennia laughs rolling on Fox Animation Domination.”
Krapopolis had already secured early renewals for Seasons 2 and 3 before its September 2023 premiere. The animated series has continued that momentum, with the network now officially renewing it for Season 5 as well.
The animated TV series’ voice cast includes Richard Ayoade, Matt Berry, Pam Murphy, Duncan Trussell, and Hannah Waddingham.
