There is nothing to indicate that Liam still has cancer on The Bold and the Beautiful. Rather, if Grace’s entire experimental surgery was a ruse, it could mean that Liam never had cancer in the first place. There are some things in the recent episodes to support this. This includes Finn’s investigation, where he found Liam’s brain had no traces of cancer.
Finn found this confusing, as the cancer was initially “inoperable.” But now it seems that the cancer did not exist at all, and Grace had used her profession to make money, even though she seemingly had a good reason to do so.
Either way, with her back to the wall, Grace ended up admitting that she did con Liam, which indicates that Liam was fine in the first place. However, some viewers still believe something was wrong with Liam. Because the fake treatment also means that if there was anything wrong with Liam, something still is. But most likely, that is not the case here.
So, for now, Liam seems out of danger. But the same is not true for Dr. Grace, who is just on her way towards trouble after she seemingly pulled off the perfect crime.
