Although Episode 2 ends with Karen flatlining, Episode 3 confirms she survives following an emergency C-section. Dr. Vaughn informs the group that Karen is alive but physically weakened after the traumatic delivery process.
The episode, titled “Having Faith,” which aired on July 31, 2025, picks up immediately after Karen loses consciousness. Dr. Vaughn and his medical team rush in for an emergency operation while her friends are left outside. Only Karen’s mother, Lisa, and the two fathers of the twins, Zac and Aaron, are allowed inside the room during the procedure.
