Fans wonder if Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are married
Rumors of a secret Taylor Swift–Travis Kelce wedding spread after a viral Facebook post falsely claimed they married.
A Facebook post by user Cong Geshuoche on March 23 claimed that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce had secretly married. It featured AI-generated images and linked to a website called InsightFlowMedia.
The post stated, “Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift Tie the Knot in Star-Studded Ceremony,” and drew over 11,000 reactions. Users called the post fake, citing mismatched outfits, altered images, and no credible news coverage. They also questioned the lack of major media reports on such a high-profile wedding.
The speculation intensified after Life & Style reported that Kelce allegedly wanted to speed up his relationship timeline. A source told the outlet, “He wants to marry Taylor right away and start a family as soon as she’s ready. Travis has been so broody that he’s told Taylor he’s open to having kids before a wedding.” The source also claimed Kelce’s interactions with his nieces stirred his paternal instincts.
Kelce added fuel to fan theories on his podcast New Heights while discussing NBA player Victor Wembanyama, saying, “Can’t wait till I f—— make one,” referring to having kids. Although not directly related to Swift, fans interpreted the comment as a hint about future plans with her.
Further speculation arose when Heat World reported Swift was reconsidering her Hollywood commitments, including a possible role in The Bodyguard remake. An insider noted, “A lot of people in her life think taking on a huge movie project right now would be putting her relationship in real jeopardy.”
NFL players Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman also joked on a podcast that the couple should have a child, with Gronkowski saying, “The kid would be performing: 8 catches a game and then doing the halftime show.” Meanwhile, fans watched for signs of engagement at the Met Gala, but the couple did not attend.
