Box to Box Films produced all 5 seasons of the Formula 1: Drive to Survive docuseries and stepped into the world of Lawn Tennis with 2023’s Break Point. All 6 of these seasons featured 10 episodes each.

While there is no official reason revealed by Netflix or the creatives behind the series, it’s possible that 6 episodes may be the new standard set for this particular docuseries.
