As of December 2023, Shark Tank hasn’t been greenlit for season 16 yet. However, given the popularity of the series, it’s likely a matter of time before that happens. In November 2023, during his appearance on the Showtime podcast All The Smoke, Mark Cuban, one of the sharks, revealed that he would leave the show after season 16, effectively confirming that there will be a 16th season.
Since 2013, new seasons of Shark Tank have come out at the tail end of every year, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. If the same pattern is upheld for season 16, it can come out in late 2024.
