In June 2022, about one and a half years after the debut of the inaugural season, Netflix greenlit seasons 2 and 3 of Sweet Home. “In these new seasons, Sweet Home will take on a larger scale with an expanded storyline and cast,” the streaming giant said in a statement at the time.
The season 2 finale ends with multiple cliffhangers. Afterward, a title card appears on the screen, announcing that Sweet Home will return in the summer of 2024, which is sometime between May and September. The third season will reportedly be the concluding chapter of the series and presumably draw the narrative to a close.
