Evan Peters’ WandaVision Deleted Scene: Who Was Jimmy Woo’s Secret Witness?

Almost three years after its release, a new WandaVision deleted scene featuring Evan Peters and Randall Park finally solves the mystery of Jimmy Woo’s missing witness in Westview. But who was this secret persona that ran from the FBI’s Witness Protection Program? Here’s all you need to know.

WandaVision Deleted Scene involving Evan Peters explained

A new exclusive WandaVision deleted scene ahead of its BluRay release reveals that Evan Peters’ Ralph Bohner was the secret witness that Jimmy Woo came to track in Westview.

While Ant-Man and the Wasp’s Jimmy Woo was a welcome addition to WandaVision, the entire purpose of his presence in Westview, New Jersey, was to track down a missing witness in the FBI’s Witness Protection Program. But when the series ended, many viewers complained about not getting the answer to who Jimmu Woo’s missing witness was.

Now, a new deleted scene (via IGN) titled “Ankle Bracelet” solves this mystery. As a part of the WandaVision Collector’s Edition on 4K Ultra HD Steelbook and Blu-ray Steelbook, the new deleted scene reveals that the missing witness was none other than Ralph Bohner. Watch it below if you haven’t already:

Evan Peters’ presence in WandaVision turned out to be a red herring. He was introduced as a replacement for Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s Pietro Maximoff but was revealed to be an actor named Ralph Bohner. Now, the above-deleted scene further confirms long-running fan theories that Ralph was the witness the FBI tracked down to Westview.

The scene was possibly deleted to make the pacing of the final episode better. But it would have been a great addition because a mystery about the show’s narrative would have been solved with it.

To clarify, the scene takes place after Wanda’s hex was lifted. In it, Jimmy Woo tells his fellow agent to go after the missing witness who needs to testify in court. But then, Ralph Bohner is seen cutting off his ankle bracelet and leaving it on a fire truck. His escape sequence implies that he was the person the FBI was after.

Now, he could be anywhere within the MCU and it’ll be interesting to see if he returns in future projects such as Agatha: Darkhold Diaries.
