HBO Max‘s new TV and movie releases for November 20-26 include The Conjuring 2, the documentary film Little Richard: I Am Everything, and the Robert De Niro-Anne Hathaway buddy comedy-drama film The Intern.
Starting on November 21, viewers can stream The Conjuring 2, which is a direct sequel to the 2013 horror-hit flick The Conjuring. In the film, which is set in 1977, Ed and Lorraine Warren travel to England to help out the Hodgson family when they begin experiencing poltergeist activity at their Enfield council house, with the incident eventually being known as the Enfield poltergeist.
Then on November 22, viewers can stream The Intern, a buddy comedy-drama directed by Nancy Meyers, and starring Robert De Niro as Ben, a 70-year-old intern at a fashion website company, who forms a close friendship with the company’s young workaholic CEO, Jules, played by Anne Hathaway. Also starring are Rene Russo, Anders Holm, Adam DeVine, Andrew Rannells, Linda Levin, Celia Weston, and Zack Pearlman.
Finally, on November 23, viewers can stream the documentary Little Richard: I Am Everything, which chronicles the life of musician Little Richard.
Other releases for this week include Ice Age America, Season 1, Exposed: Crimes Gone Naked Season 1, Road Rage Season 1, Let Us Prey, Season 1, The Lives of Felix, and four Christmas-themed Sesame Street films and television shows.
