Despite a middling 2023, superhero fans will still continue to get multiple Marvel and DC movies and TV series throughout 2024. Here’s a list of DC and Marvel projects coming out across 2024, following the recent delays.
Marvel Movies and TV Shows coming out in 2024
Marvel movies releasing in 2024
Sony and Marvel Studios will release the following movies from Sony’s Spider-Man Universe (SSU) and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) respectively:
- Madame Web (SSU) – February 14, 2024
- Deadpool 3 (MCU) – July 26, 2024
- Kraven the Hunter (SSU) – August 30, 2024
- Venom 3 (SSU) – November 8, 2024
MCU shows releasing in 2024
Marvel is set to release the following shows in 2024 on Disney+:
- Echo – January 10, 2024
- X-Men ’97 – Early-mid 2024
- Agatha: Darkhold Diaries – Fall 2024
- Spider-Man: Freshman Year (animated) – TBD
- Rumored series: Marvel Zombies (animated) – TBD
Ironheart would have initially been released in 2024. But now it has been delayed indefinitely and is rumored to arrive closer to Armor Wars.

The following animated and live-action DC movies will arrive in 2024:
- Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths – Part 1 (animated) – January 2024
- Joker: Folie à Deux – October 4, 2024
- Watchmen (animated) – TBA
- Batman Azteca: Choque De Imperios (animated) – TBA
- Rumored movie: Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths – Part 2 (in late 2024 or Early 2025)
Since the Tomorroverse’s “Crisis on Infinite Earths” is supposed to be a 3-film event, Part 2 could arrive in 2024 itself, leading into 2025’s final installment.
DC TV shows releasing in 2024
The following live-action and animated DC TV shows are confirmed to be released in 2024:
- Superman & Lois Season 4 – Summer 2024 (tentative)
- Penguin – Late 2024
- Creature Commandos (animated) – TBA
- Rumored series: My Adventures with Superman Season 2 (late 2024 or in 2025)
- Rumored series: Harley Quinn Season 5 (late 2024 or in 2025)
While it’s possible for both Harley Quinn and My Adventures with Superman to release their new seasons in 2024, it’s likelier that they’ve been pushed to 2025 due to the WGA & SAG-AFTRA strikes.
