Amazon Prime Video‘s new TV and movie releases for October 2-8 include Billions Season 5, and two Prime Video original projects, Totally Killer, and Make Me Scream.
Starting on October 3, viewers can stream the fifth season of Billions. This American television drama series is primarily set in the US states of New York and Connecticut and revolves around the cat-and-mouse game between hedge fund manager Bobby Axelrod, played by Damian Lewis, and US Attorney Chuck Rhoades, played by Paul Giamatti. Apart from Lewis and Giamatti, this series also stars Maggie Siff, Malin Akerman, Asia Kate Dillon, Toby Leonard Moore, David Costabile, Corey Stoll, and Sakina Jaffrey. This show is also the first American series to feature a non-binary character.
Again on October 3, viewers can stream the one-hour Halloween-themed special, Make Me Scream, which revolves around three celebrity teams led by Jaleel White, Shoniqua Shandai, and Lil Xan, who embark on a game where they must face a series of bone-chilling scare zones while trying not to scream, in order to survive the night and take home the Medal of Mayhem trophy.
Finally, on October 6, viewers can stream Totally Killer. This comedy-horror film will revolve around Jamie, a young girl who travels back in time to team up with a younger version of her mother in order to stop the infamous Sweet Sixteen Killer after the serial killer kills her mother’s friends in the present-day. Jamie must finish her mission in time so that she does not get stuck in the past forever.
The other Prime Video releases for October 2-8 are Desperately Seeking Soulmate: Escaping Twin Flames Universe and Tale of the Nine-Tailed.
