The Flash recently ended its ninth season on May 24, 2023. Since then, fans of Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen have been wondering whether there will be a tenth season and if they will see the Fastest Man Alive return to their television screens.

The Flash Season 10 does not have a release date as it will not be happening. The creators of the series and The CW have confirmed that the show has ended after its nine-season run on television.

Grant Gustin, the star of The Flash, originally wanted the eighth season of the show to be its last as he had recently gotten married and had a child and also believed that he had done everything he wanted to do with the character, but was convinced by Eric Wallace, the showrunner to return for one more season. However, Eric Wallace, the showrunner revealed that there were plans for a tenth season before he was told by The CW network that the ninth season which they picked up would be the last season.
