After airing 3 seasons and 53 episodes in total, a statement issued by Fox in May 2023 read:
“We are very proud of Call Me Kat, but, unfortunately, the audience response to it was not as strong as we had hoped. We are thankful for our partnership with Warner Bros. Television, That’s Wonderful Productions, Sad Clown Productions, BBC Studios, Mayim Bialik, Jim Parsons, and the entire cast and crew for their work and dedication to Call Me Kat.”
So, we shouldn’t expect another season for the series unless it gets picked up by a different network.
In the third season of Call Me Kat, the titular character finds out that some significant changes have been made to her cafe by Phil and Randi, and the story continues for 22 episodes from there on.
