The Surrogacy Season 2’s release date could arrive by mid-2025.
The first season of Netflix’s latest Mexican drama launched its 24 episodes on June 14, 2023. Netflix has not renewed the series for another season yet. Given that it has not received the best reviews from critics, Netflix will probably wait for its viewership numbers to see if the series is a success before renewing it for a second season.
But if a renewal is going to happen, then we can expect the announcement to be made within the next couple of months. In that case, it would be safe to assume that the next season of the show will arrive in early-mid 2025, as that is the regular norm for most popular shows in recent times.

In the first season, we saw a woman of humble origins named Yeni, who was coerced into surrogacy and ended up giving birth to twins. Following that, a twist revealed that one of the twins was the surrogate mother’s biological son.
Season 2 should bring back Marcela Guirado as Julia, Leticia Calderón as Nora, Luis Ernesto Franco as Carlos, Fernanda Borches as Marcela, Emmanuel Orenday as Keyeus, and most importantly, Shani as Yeni.
