Spike TV’s eighth annual “Video Game Awards” aired on Saturday night and we’ve got the winners, game news and the trailers that premiered during the show. It was also revealed that “Mass Effect 3” will have a Holiday 2011 release, that Kratos will be a new playable character in “Mortal Kombat” (April 2011), “Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” is coming Nov. 11, 2011, “Forza Motorsport 4” hits stores in Fall 2011, “SSX: Deadly Descents” is coming next year, a New York-set “Prototype 2” is coming in 2012, and Guillermo del Toro is working on horror game “Insane” for 2013.
