Persona 4 Arena Ultimax was originally released in 2014 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and is a spin-off of the Persona series that also acts as a direct sequel to Persona 4 Arena. The remake of the game was announced just last month at The Game Awards 2021, and will be releasing on PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 when it launches on March 17, 2022.

The remake of the game is set to include all of the previously released content for the original game, and also includes the Persona 4 Arena story, allowing players to experience the full narrative of the game from start to finish should they choose to. Dual audio options will also be available in the remake, with players able to choose between Japanese and English voiceover options for the characters.
