During a recent panel appearance at CelebFanFest Film Festival in San Antonio, Texas, Hudson spoke on the upcoming game, noting that he had just recently been contacted about it and that they were in the early stages of preparing to do voice recording work for the video game.

“I just got an e-mail, because we’re doing another video game,” Hudson said (via Eurogamer). “They’re scheduling it now to do the recording and I’m not too sure who’s going to do it. I know me and [Dan Aykroyd], I think, I’m not sure if [Bill Murray] will do anything on it.”

Hudson was then asked a bit more about the game and said that he doesn’t know too much about it, but that he has been helping to provide input on a variety of things for the game, including the prototypes for his in-game character, which he says they are having a hard time with.

“It’s so weird to me that they can get Bill Murray, and Dan Aykroyd, and Harold Ramis to look exactly like they look,” Hudson said. “But I end up looking like Eddie Murphy or somebody.”

Finally, Hudson said that while he couldn’t speak on any of the specifics about the game, he did say that it was “definitely happening,” which should be music to any fan’s ears. The news comes after Illfonic co-founder Raphael Saadiq let it slip earlier this year that the studio was working on a Ghostbusters game.
