Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier Gets Release Date

After being announced earlier this year, the Final Fantasy battle royale release date has been revealed. Fans won’t have to wait long as Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier will launch later this month.

Developer Ateam Entertainment Inc. confirmed on Friday that the upcoming mobile battle royale game will launch on November 17, 2021. Alongside the news of the Final Fantasy battle royale release date, a brand new cinematic for the game was released, showcasing the game’s opening movie.

Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier allows players to dive into the world of the classic video game Final Fantasy VII, this time as a variety of classes, including the Warrior, Sorcerer, Monk, Ranger, and Ninja. Each of these classes has their own special abilities, and players can level them up along the way while they play in each battle royale match.

Set 30 years before the events of Final Fantasy VIIThe First Soldier features a ton of nods to the classic franchise, including ridable chocobos, powerful espers, and the ability to use summon and materia abilities while you’re in the middle of a fight with other opponents. There will also be cosmetic upgrades to unlock and purchase for characters, vehicles, and much more.

Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier will launch on Android and iOS. It’s a free-to-play game that will be supported by microtransaction purchases.
