Ahead of the 2021 Tokyo Game Show, Sega announced that a new role-playing game will be revealed at the show.

The company shared a brief teaser trailer for the game, showing some various characters being drawn before the dates for the Tokyo Game Show popping up to confirm the game would be shown off during Sega’s presentation.

According to the official Tokyo Game Show 2021 website, the game is being described as simply “Sega’s new RPG,” with the reveal currently set for October 1, 2021, which is the same time as Sega’s presentation for the show. While anticipation is likely to ramp up ahead of the date, thankfully fans don’t have to wait too long to get the information on what the game will be.

Sega’s presentation is set to take place on October 1, 2021, at 9 a.m. ET/6 a.m. PT, and will reportedly run for an hour, with information on other franchises also set to take place within the show as well.
