The Xbox Live Games With Gold June 2021 free games have been revealed. Players can get ready to grab four free games this month, including a classic fighting game entry.

For players looking to jump into some brand new games, June’s Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S titles are for you, as The King’s Bird and Shadows: Awakening will drop down to free throughout the month. As for the classic lineup of games via Backwards Compatability, June will see NeoGeo Battle Coliseum and Injustice: Gods Among Us become available for players to download for free.
The King’s Bird is a platform adventure game with physics-based movement, where players will have to escape into a world ruled by a tyrant and learn about their freedom in order to leave. Shadows: Awakening sees players taking control of a demon summoned from the Shadow Realm to consume the souls of long-dead heroes. As you go, you’ll learn more about who exactly is in charge, and why you’re there to feast on the souls.

From June 1-15, players can grab The King’s Bird and NeoGeo Battle Coliseum, which is a classic, tag-team versus fighter that features a huge catalog of NeoGeo warriors gathered all under one roof. Starting on June 16 through the end of the month, players can download Shadows: Awakening and Injustice: Gods Among Us, the classic fighting game from the creators of Mortal Kombat that see iconic DC Comics characters going at it.
